What an incredible journey and experience it has been.

Two years ago we had a conversation with Michael Tait. “We want to move” we said. We knew where we wanted to live but we had no real idea on what kind of house we wanted. “We’re in no rush and we’ll wait until we find the perfect one for us” was what we told him that day.

And so we started looking at houses. And the more we saw, the more we refined our wants and needs. Mike was incredibly patient throughout the process and because he focused on us, he helped us discover what we were looking for.

About a year ago we were introduced to Marisa Vieira who had teamed up with Mike to form a partnership. It was quite apparent that these two worked incredibly well together.

Our house hunting really ramped up this spring and we were seeing multiple houses every week. Mike and Marisa took their time with us and helped us see things differently, talked us through potential upgrades and showed us potential pitfalls.

Mike and Marisa were not interested in making a sale, their sole focus was finding us our perfect forever home.

I contacted Mike initially to find me a rental property as I was relocating due to a work transfer. After showing me some rentals I decided to purchase a house instead. Michael and Marisa sold my house and helped my fiancé and I buy a house in Kleinburg. They were awesome! They helped me sell my house for a record setting price! They designed and employed a strategy that worked very well to get me maximum dollars. They bent over backwards to make sure everything about the house said “Buy me!”. They were always accessible and willing to go the extra mile for us. This extended to the buying experience as well.
